Our plan for Glen Abbey plan will enhance the existing neighbourhood with more than just significant permanent publicly accessible green space, providing enhanced transit, services, recreation and local amenities such as a farmer’s market.

The mixed-used development on the remainder of the site will deliver approximately 3,200 residential units, 121,000 square feet of office and retail space, and will be compatible with the current character of the Oakville community and consistent with the provincial directive to focus growth in existing settlement areas and within the current built boundary.
